Floodlit is a fast, text-driven football management game that runs entirely in your browser. I’m a solo developer, and this is my game. I made it because I missed the old text-era football managers: quick, tense, and all about decisions.

What you get

  • Matches that play out minute by minute with live commentary. Change tactics, mentality and shouts, and make subs while it’s happening.
  • Transfers, finances, scouting and a league that carries on without you.

It follows your system’s light or dark mode. There’s also a bonus Teletext skin, because I couldn’t resist.



The demo

The demo covers the first six months of your first season, up to February. The full game is coming soon, and your career will carry over when it lands.
